I'd give the benefit of the doubt and assume they were either marked off camera since there's so many jump cuts or it's got existing marks from a previous rebuild. I agree on the lack of a torque wrench though. I've rebuilt a fair few truck engines and those head bolts and big end bolts take a lot of force to tighten to spec and these guys look like they tightened it like any other bolt. I used to have to brace one foot on the block and pull back using my whole body to reach the required torque specs and that was with 3/4 drive tools.

Yes but for some reason, I think, it doesn't have the monetary power to buy such a tool, it's not cheap in some countries or information about this type of tightening, this people use what he have, and do some nice job.

I once see a video about torque wrenches and they tested over 100 and only 18% were correct. And some of these were from main vehicle dealers and large workshops. If i remember correctly one of the biggest problems were mechanics/technicians not realising the tension off the wrench. I once see a snap on truck in america with testing equipment to test torque wrenches I'd never seen this in the UK.

без него прокладки которые в наборах не держат где постоянное давление при первом прогреве потечёт отовсюду пройденный этап уже а тянуть до усёру глупо даже новые на заводе движки все на герметике и ничего ходят десятки лет а притирать каждую деталь это не стоит того вся точность двигателя внутри и блок а по наружи навесуха обычная отливка силумина у которых поверхности кривые прокладка и герметик и нужны чтоб сгладить неровности ну и держать жидкости внутри
