Excellent tutorial, thank you for taking the time to do this! It's worth noting that M2 uses channels 1,2 and 5 in winter months and 1,2,3 in summer

Dude you are a legend. I tried happysats tutorial but it's written in hyroglyphs at some parts so it was very difficult. But now i have it. I have a tutorial!!

Does meteorGIS have to be installed in C: or does it works if I install it on D: and change paths in meteorGISconfigurator ?

Hallo habe eine Frage zu GIS sonst funktioniert alles: ( I have a problem with GIS ) Bei GIS Kommt immer die Fehlermeldung: ( it coms a error massege ) No input file specified found. !!! You must either specefy a file or a directory in theoption /input : !!! Ich habe eingegeben : C:\Meteor\ImagesM2\ ( my input is ) geht nicht ! ( not work ) Was muss da eingegeben werden ? Note that all MeteorGIS paths require a backslash \ at the end.

Hi, I am not getting the sdrsharp to display in Orbitron under the driver section. Only have Alarm, myDDE, Spidalfa and wispdde. What could be wrong. I have entered the as per tutorial.

only ONCE has it worked as per the video. Usually I have to set up people in my FB Group with the line pointing to SDRSharp.exe instead.

hey man! if we are using web-sdr to recieve signals from meteor m2 then how can we decode the recorded audio .wav file in image if possible then make a video and upload.

Twice a day. The exact time keeps drifting. I use look4sat app on android, but you can also use n2yo website.

Which original source are you refering to? All the links are in description and the tutorial is done on my own system.

@@AniruddhaBokilVU3FML The happysat tutorial? This is just a re-iteration of the tutorial. You've even linked to binaries and files from the tutorial, but no credit is given to happysat for figuring out the method.

@@AniruddhaBokilVU3FML Yeah, it was a little confusing for sure! Especially because there are no visuals, and your video is really helpful because it does. However, helpful as it is, it's not ethical to not credit the original author :) I'm using this LRPT Suite. Someone followed the tutorial and installed everything in a folder, and zipped it. So all you have to do it extract the archive, set co-ordinates in Orbitron, and install SDR# dependecies. Everything else is setup for you! leshamilton.co.uk/MeteorLRPTSuite.htm I still have not gotten any LRPT images though. I'm running windows on a VM, and apparently the usb link through the VM is not fast enough to receive all the samples, so many packets are dropped.

@@AniruddhaBokilVU3FML Also, have you tried LRPT without Orbitron? LRPT decoder has a carrier lock, so it should work without manually correcting doppler shift too. At least in theory, anyway.
