🌷I’m currently on a Julie Anne Long kick and is reading “I Kissed an Earl” ( book #4) of the Pennyroyal Green series. I am loving the book so far! The story is so swoony, so fun, lots of adventure and it all takes place on a ship since the hero is a pirate! LOVE! ❤️

Hello Crystal, I love The Everflame series, Yes, Heat of Everflame is a bit long but, it's action packed and exciting, I loved it! Yes, I got "feels" with this series although it's not exactly Acotar. I haven't really enjoyed a Romantasy series since then. Until now. Burn of the Everflame comes out 06/01/24. It's the finale of the series. This series is definitely worth the read!

I have been loving The Kindred's Curse Saga by Penn Cole ❤. I have the physical copies, I think the 1,000 pages is the Kindle version because the physical is about 760 pages (still a chunker).

My husband is currently reading Project Hail Mary and he is really enjoying it, I will have to check it out.

If I have to recommend two books that I've liked very much in April (so far) they would be "Garden Spells" by Sarah Addison Allen and "Sleepless in Scotland" by Karen Hawkins. The first one is a very charming book about reconnecting with family members, bonding and findin oneself but also it is about deserving and accepting love. It is inspired by "Practical Magic" and the protagonists are two estranged sisters, one of whom needs a safe place, and this family house is full of magic and memorable characters. The other one is a historical that maybe you've read, it is about a woman whose twin sister wants to prank-trap a laird but when the woman tries to stop her, the laird brother mistakes her for the sister and he abducts her to teach her a lesson. It's so so good and I loved the hero so much. Surprisingly enough, the family aspect is very important in this book. At the moment I'm re-reading Dracula, I don't know how many times I have read this book, I love it.

I've added Adjacent but only Just to my TBR. It sounds really good. 🌺🌸
