Listening to Embers in the Snow off your rec...and I love it so much! I'm almost done. Also I'm reading book 2 in Book of Azrael series and really enjoying that urban fantasy! 📚

Also want to add the Hidden Legacy series by Ilona Andrews. I’m currently reading Burn for Me (book #1) and I am LOVING IT! The series is so underrated since I hardly ever hear anyone talk about it. The romance is top notch with urban fantasy and it deserves so much hype! 👏🏼

This is such a great video idea. I love your recommendations. I really need to read Day of the Duchess. Rogue Not Taken was a 5 star for me so I'm really excited to read the rest of the series.

quietly slides the peaches and honey duet by r. reata your way cause i love it and aside from the person who i got the rec from (mrs pizza reads) no one else has talked about it and its a fantasy duet (i think it was compared to addie la rue but i havent read that so i can't speak to that) that just follows these two characters over the course of like 700 years and want more people to read it. and it seems kinda in your wheelhouse

The only book i have read from Olivie Blake is "Twelfth Knight" which is a YA retelling of Shakespeare's "Twelfth Night" that was released under her real name. It was picked by Reese Whiterspoon as her May or June YA book club pick. SO GOOD

I can't wait to hear what you think of The Seven Year Slip. It is one of my favorite things I read this year. I got the audiobook from my library for I Was A Teenage Slasher so I will probably be listening to it next week.

Your review of Laini Taylor’s book was incomplete. The reflection from your ring lights essentially made the Title invisible & unreadable. At no time during the review did you actually state the Title. Referencing the trilogy wasn’t good enough. The viewing audience still has no idea what is the book’s name.

@kathleenoneill7414 thanks for being so unkind in your critique. I'm not using a ring light by the way, my glasses make it impossible. But please by all means be my guest and devote your own time, money, heart, and mind to coming up with a better video review that you do in your free time FOR FREE because you love books and authors . I'd truly love to be schooled by a profesional.

I'm sorry to butt in here, but how difficult is it to kindly say, 'Hi Crystal, I'm sorry I didn't see the title you're recommending, can you tell me which book it is so I can look it up? Thank you'? It doesn't help to be rude to someone who has shared nothing but positive words in this video, has made an effort to share love for books she enjoyed and would love to see other people picking those books up too. If you reframe the way you ask your question, you'd get a positive response. The way you framed will only attract negative responses... so maybe think about that in the future.

Woooowwww... someone is kinda missing the whole point of the video. The joy of love. I'm sorry you are a bitter human who thinks a nasty comment like that serves any purpose but to show you're a smartass to the rest of us.

Have you continued on with the Penn-Leith series by Nichole Van? Book 4 is the Duke of Kendall’s book. He was such a high handed jerk in the other books I didn’t know how Ms Van would redeem him, but she did! It’s a wonderful romance. And the cover is GORGEOUS! 😍

Hello, first time watching your videos, thank you for them. My book romance crushes I think started with Kristen Ashley's Sweet Dreams and At Peace, read them over and over. Also loved Unbreak My Heart by Nicole Jacquelyn. Thank you for the recommendations, I bought Soft Flannel Hank straightaway...

I just found your channel, and I'm HOOKED! I've added all of these to my TBR, except the ones that are in KU (so I can get them now), and Soft Flannel Hank, which I bought. Thanks so much! I wish the links to the books were Amazon affiliate links so I could support your channel a little that way! My favorite romances are really good Mary Balogh - not all of them, but some of hers (A Summer to Remember, for example) just give me all the feels.💛

I have so many of these on my list to read because of your past videos!! I think the book that really made me fall in love with the Romance genre would have to be To Beguile a Beast by Elizabeth Hoyt. I think about this book all the time and I’m so glad I heard about it on your channel 2 years ago. Also, Radiance by Grace Draven is a very close second. 💛💛💛

I love this video ❤. There are so many recent reads that have sparked the love of romance. "This Time It's Real," a ya romance by Ann Liang. This one brought me those first serious crush vibes. "Ian's Ultimate Gamble, " by Brenda Jackson. The chemistry between the couple is next level and the hero just cannot stay mad at the heroine. " Royal Valentine" by Jenn McKinlay, two introverts find each other. " I accidentally summoned a demon" by Jessica Cage this book had me rolling 😂. The Hero was extremely caring. "Holding, " by Alexandria House. The hero loves the heroine through the pain. "Out of Office, " by A. H. Cunningham, this one was for the grown folks i loved how the couple communicated. "All Rhodes Lead Here," Mariana Zapata features healing and finding love, found family 💛💛💛
