Amazingly simple but delicious broccoli recipe! Fried mushrooms with broccoli are tender and flavorful!
Ingredients:
Broccoli 1 pc.
Pour boiling water over it.
1 teaspoon salt.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
300 gr. mushrooms.
Onion 1 pc.
vegetable oil.
Sauté the onion for 2 minutes.
15 gr. butter.
Salt and pepper to taste.
1/2 teaspoon coriander.
2 tablespoons soy sauce.
1-2 cloves of garlic.
Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
