100gr Butter
2 eggs
100gr Sugar
The grated rind of lemon
300gr flour
8gr baking powder
Leave to cool in the freezer for 20 min
For the cream
700ml Milk
2 eggs
130gr Sugar
The grated rind of lemon
5 tablespoons Corn starch
8 gr Vanilla sugar or pure vanillin
The juice of half a lemon
Decorate peeled almonds
200 ° 25 min
28 cm greased and floured mold
Decorate with powdered sugar

О, спасибо большое за прекрасный рецепт, получилось вкусно с первого раза. Пьем чай, муж и детки довольны. Пекла на плоской круглой форме для пиццы на пергаментом листе. Заварного крема во внутрь положила меньше и сахара тоже. Это уже предпочтения для моей семьи. Тесто нежное рассыпчатое. Пирог делается быстро. Отличная подача. А главное по вашим видео все быстро и понятно без слов.

I've seen the trends in cooking videos nowadays being posted adding 5 to only 10 minutes cooking time to the title,when actually it will take more minutes. I guess it's for click baits.

Yes you could--try it! It WILL take more than one minute though. Even if it gets messed-up the first time it will still taste delicious! Hint: Don't bother piping the cream on the top the first time--just dollop little spoonfuls around the top. This makes a lot less mess and is quicker and easier for a beginner.

There aren’t many recipes out there that take a minute, but trust me, this is an incredibly delicious “torta,” especially of you enjoy Italian Cream! Try it you’ll like it!

When making the filling, it's always better to mix the sugar and cornstarch VERY WELL first. Then add the milk and eggs. That way the cornstarch mixes very easily with the milk.

Min. 3.17 no es necesario cocer 10 min. Es suficiente dar un hervor hasta que la harina de maíz espese la mezcla. Deliciosa receta 👍🏼 Gracias por compartir 💃

Major pet peeve to see cooking You Tubers pretend it takes so much less than it actually does. Cooking even an egg takes some time and effort. Anything more? It's borderline irrational when there is so much ready-made food, including the very healthy kind.

Oh, don't be so grim and literal. If she'd said 'ready in a minute', (in Italian, that's the exact same as 'in one minute'), it'd be clear that it's just a metaphor which got slightly mangled in translation. It's also not 'Grandma's secret', since it's gotten over a million views on KZfaq. And you don't have to SHOUT.

Ma per favore! Come fatte a scrivere che ci vuole 1 minuto? È giocare in modo disonesto per attirare visualizzazioni. Ne ho fatte talmente tante di torte simili e vi assicuro che ci vuole qualche ora se si calcola la crema che deve essere completamente fredda e idem la frolla, più il tempo di pesare ingredienti e preparazione, + la cottura e rafreddamendo dopo cottura. Se le avessi preparate in 1 minuto queste torte, ne avrei risparmiato un bel po' di tempo della mia vita.

El secreto de la abuela es que lo hacía igual de rico sin necesitar plástico para tapar la masa ni la crema pastelera, seguro que utilizaba otras tapas Nuestras abuelas se preocupaban más por el medio ambiente, contaminaban mucho menos. Un cariñoso recuerdo para ellas ❤
