I think the recipe should have said semisweet instead of bittersweet chocolate.

@@jodiherfendal can you imagine how bitter that must have tasted? I am kind of cautious when I get internet recipes because I think that a lot of people post a recipe wrong on purpose just to cause somebody stress and waste of money. What I do before I go 100% by recipe is I read the comments if there are any and see what pitfalls people ran into by following the recipe.😁

I personally add kahlua , Baileys , coffee liqueur. If that does not make it just drink the alcohol and cheese cake will taste awesome.

Loved this! Great that you showed it even though it didn't work initially! I'd probably enjoy the less sweet version as I love 85% dark chocolate & I don't enjoy sweet desserts! Yes, Aussies call it icing sugar! 🥰Blessings from South Australia💕🐨

When people don't know what to expect, such as that bittersweet chocolate, they will eat whatever it comes out to be, and say they enjoyed it. My aunt once added 1/4 cup of salt to cornbread instead of sugar. So I have some experience here!
