I highly recommend Noah's courses! I took his Release the Blocks to Self Worth course a few months ago and was amazed to find that every video made me feel calm, loved, and hopeful for the future. I was able to watch each video a few times, make notes and apply insights to my life. As a result, I'm already living a more relaxed and peaceful life, feeling much better about myself, and not judging others as harshly. Noah speaks to you like you are a close friend, because he truly does care about you and wants you to live a joyous and peaceful life. Thank you for everything Noah. ❤

Lately I've been shocked to realize how much of my free time is spent recuperating and distracting myself from all the stress that school creates for me. It's also quite sad to realize that school contributed next to nothing to my inner growth. Concepts like trauma and societal programming would have completely gone past me if it wasn't for people like Noah sharing this information on the internet. I've been trying to have a less perfectionist attitude towards school and a more "good enough" (as Pete Walker describes in his book about C-PTSD), but damn I very much feel the pressure to be productive. So I just want to thank you Noah for what you do, your content is very insightful and also very empowering in my personal life.

Yeah, it's a shame that school doesn't talk about such important subjects. I'm glad my content has been helpful for you. I do have a few videos about productivity and need to be special that you may find helpful, other than the course. Wishing you all the best!

I never thought about that. I've had awful memories of bullying and ostracization that happened at school but I never thought about the societal programming that happened there specifically.

And something I feel like adding is how ironic it is that one of our deepest desires in life is to be happy yet the society we set up doesn’t support people’s happiness. I am optimistic that will happen sooner than we think as many people are realizing how a lot of what we do doesn’t serve us.

I wish I could but it's just not feasible right now in my situation. I know one day I will, but until then, I'll have to just keep up with the youtube videos for now. I have been very aware since my teenage years how my spirit had been trampled. I can literally feel it and can only just watch it as it dwindles. I have went through immense amounts of stress in my short 34 years, but at least I'm aware right? Or does that make it worse? Just watching my child like spirit die and not knowing how to help it. All while the traumas I've incurred feels like ocean waves sometimes washing over, although sometimes calm for a little while. Either way, I am so excited for everyone joining the class, I send you all my love and just feel it will help so many 😌

I'm very grateful for you Noah! 😅 I've watched your vids over the years that helped my growth. I agree 💯 being our best authentic self is our natural state to be in. Feedom and authenticity are my top values in life that bring out my happiness. It can be difficult sometimes due to societal pressure to conform and the fact that we have a massive cringe culture here in UK lol which causes us all to judge each other as a result. I get looked down on for not being interested in the academic lifestyle and even work life, as its seen as "lazy and lack of ambition" "drain on society" I just don't like being dragged down listening to authorities in school, work, or college talking about trash subjects that depress me lol. My childhood mental health was probably the best it ever was before school. Optimal state of mind of happiness and contentment. I will get there again with your great knowledge and help. I will have a look at your course Noah 🥰🙌🏻 Thank You !

De Mello - "If you really enjoy life and the simple pleasures of the senses, you’d be amazed. You’d develop that extraordinary discipline of the animal. An animal will never overeat. Left in its natural habitat, it will never be overweight. It will never drink or eat anything that is not good for its health. You never find an animal smoking. It always exercises as much as it needs-watch your cat after it’s had its breakfast, look how it relaxes. And see how it springs into action, look at the suppleness of its limbs and the aliveness of its body. We’ve lost that. We’re lost in our minds, in our ideas and ideals and so on, and its always go, go, go. And we’ve got an inner self-conflict which animals don’t have. And we’re always condemning ourselves and making ourselves feel guilty. You know what I’m talking about. I could have said of myself what one Jesuit friend said to me some years ago: Take that plate of sweets away, because in front of a plate of sweets or chocolates, I lose my freedom. That was true of me, too; I lost my freedom in front of all kinds of things, but no more! I’m satisfied with very little and I enjoy it intensely. When you have enjoyed something intensely, you need very little. It’s like people who are busy planning their vacation; they spend months planning it, and they get to the spot, and they’re all anxious about their reservations for flying back. But they’re taking pictures alright, and later they’ll show you pictures in an album, of places they never saw but only photographed. That’s a symbol of modern life. I cannot warn you enough about this kind of asceticism. Slow down and taste and smell and hear, and let your senses come alive. If you want a royal road to mysticism, sit down quietly and listen to all the sounds around you. You do not focus on any one sound; you try to hear them all. Oh, you’ll see the miracles that happen to you when your senses come unclogged"

I don't like being awake anymore mate. I spend most of my time alone or in bed trying to sleep. Cause when I am awake, my mind tortures itself with mistakes I've made. Over and over and over. I haven't had a job for almost 2 years because I'm too afraid to be around people. I feel like a fraud. As if, if they knew what I had done, they wouldn't talk to me. And anytime I talk to someone it pops into my head. I'm stuck mate. It's hell. I wish I had no conscience.

@@KrisVic91 I'm not Noah, but in an interview with Buddha at the Gas Pump, he talks about how he believes that he committed atrocities in his past lives, and in his "My Journey to Self-Worth" video, he says "I feel like I've faced and met and felt every form of unworthiness in the history of humanity. The deepest darkest pains, feelings of being a perpetrator and a terrible person and to blame for every bit of suffering on the planet" so it definitely sounds like that he has struggled to let go of a lot!

Being taught by the education system that our abilities and effort mean something about us, and that we can't be happy without getting a high paying job, which requires going to college, which requires getting good grades, creates a huge amount of stress and suffering, and usually isn't true. There is one honourable idea in there though, and that is that you want to be able to provide financially for the people that you care about. You don't want to see them go cold or hungry. That is an honourable idea. However the idea that you need to go to college to fulfil that obligation isn't always true. You can get into trade school with practically terrible grades and earn a very good income as an electrician or a plumber or a roofer. In addition, if you go to college and study things like the fine arts or subjects in the humanities like philosophy or history, subjects that don't have much market value, then you come out worse off financially than if you had never went to college.

Hi Noah, I don't think school is the main problem here. The most important problem is ANGER. At the heart of most psychological problems lies un expressed anger. So yes in a way school is important (I never liked the system, teachers etc), school is a place where you will get angry at a very young age.
