This video is about my healing journey from M.E. CFS. Please note that this describes my personal experiences only, and that I'm not a doctor. I do hope this video is helpful to those who were also diagnosed with ME CFS, or Long Covid, as more and more research shows that these two illnesses might be the same, or closely related.
Feel welcome to share your thoughts on healing, or even share your opinions about narcissistic abuse, if that's how your health issues have started. If you've been in a situation of (emotional) abuse, make sure you watch my documentary on this channel, as health issues such as ME or MS are often linked with trauma as well.

How did u categorize everything so clearly? I realise in your case, the traumatic relationship u had has helped you greatly in streamlining, prioritizing and now leading the most ideal life any person would dream of. Spiritual growth in your case is going to be accelerated. Thank you for your effort and love in sharing these valuable lessons to all. God bless you and your son.

I have always felt like a low energy person. I too experienced trauma from narcissists (family). I have never been like other people, they seem so lively and energetic. Sleeping does not seem to recharge me. Being around people drains me even more. I have done a lot of study with regards to psychology and spoken to a professional. I was just told I was depressed and I need to spend more time with people. Not to be sexist, but sadly men do not get much help which makes it even harder.

Hi! I can imagine it being harder for men to get the right help. I really do hope you will recover. Do you at least have some people around you that you can talk to when you’re feeling down? Some support? I wish you much strength in this situation!

This was like watching myself talk. I ticked all the things you mentioned but maybe not so much the routines. I’ve learnt how to be flexible so there’s no pressure on me to have to fulfill a routine that most times I couldn’t do due to not the luxury of a routine based occupational. I’ve been living with ME/CFS for 20years with the first few of those years completely debilitating and lonely. I went on a spiritual journey and fell in love and connected to Buddhism philosophies. This helped me tremendously and I slowly started to heal. I have to manage the illness still everyday in one way or another. Breathing is massive and holding that line where I can can live and participate in the world. I now focus my energies on filling up my cup by helping others. Kindness, compassion and empathy are my driving forces. I still to this day have to fill up my own cup and many still have no idea what I juggle to keep well every day. Thank you again for this video. Im proud of you as I know the journey you’ve been on and you can now share hope 😊🙏🎢📿

When you pray every morning, ask God to cover you with the most precious and most holy BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST. And watch your spiritual enemy flee away from you in horror, in seven different ways. May THE BLOOD OF CHRIST COVER YOU, AND SPEAK FOR YOU AND FIGHT ALL YOUR BATTLES FOR YOU, in The Name of Christ. This battle is spiritual and you are coming out as a winner, in The Name of Christ Jesus!!

True..I did meditation too as an healing tool and I get possesed. As I was raised in pangan & narcisstic enviroment, I was very surprised because I was thinking I truly losed my sanity (my narcisstic mother always said that this will happen to me, that I am ill). But it was effect of demonic possesion. 🤷

I think there are thousands of ME-Sufferer out there who have tried those things in vain. Obviously if someone gets better, has a remission or even feels healthy again it is just unknown why and a miracle. I suppose you have not been ill for years or decades because Remission is mostly possible in the begin of the disease.

I’ve had it for 10 years. Starting with mainly being bedbound for about 2 years, and slowly moving up. Baby steps! The steps forward were so small that I could often only recognise them in hindsight. From there it got better each year. I feel that if people were getting better and were sharing their stories online, there was a lot of “If you’re getting better you probably never had ME” type of talk within the community. Or as you say: “Remission is mostly possible in the begin of the disease.” I’ve tried to stay away from these type of comments and generalisations while healing. Every body is different, and has its own ways of coping -and pathways to healing. Sometimes we just need to find the ways that work for us. It is a complicated illness that comes with a lot of frustration and feelings of helplessness, as there is no guide for it, or any proper help from the medical side. All we have is our faith and the things we can try for ourselves. So my only advice there is to keep the faith and don’t let anybody tell you that it won’t get better. Cause many people do getter better, at least to a degree where they can live a decent and happy life.

ME/CFS is a neurological illness with a variety of symptoms such as extreme chronic fatigue, flu like symptoms, post exertional malaise, amongst many others. Some people are completely bedbound, others may be able to do some things, but be very limited.
