I’m 3 months out from tri mal surgery…just able to put weight on it now … feels like it’s dragging on forever. Surprisingly my surgeon recommended against a walking boot after the cast came off

I’m getting the brostrom procedure this Friday. Is this consisting of the internal brace and the attachment of the retinaculum to the ATFL?

hello doctor my fr. s tell me you cant be same as past in sport and you had surgery and i didnt have any one same as me under ankle surgery but i want ask this and would be pleasure to know your appointment.if a girl had and ankle surgery she cant move run or climb same as past,be honest plz.and should i be think about nearly artrouze bcz of surgery,plz answer me .thx
