Man, you could see how broken he is now. In the previous video he was so animated and excited, but now he's like "okay, yeah, let's just do this." COVID really took a toll on the food business and I hope this guy and Clinton's Street are doing OK.

They are doing just fine. Ordered from them on Sunday (last day in NYC) and my order took 2 hours to get to me as they were so busy. A lot of restaurants have picked back up. Nobu was crazy packed. Was hard to get a table anywhere in Little Spain at Hudson Yards. So it had definitely picked up.

Most diners use a pancake mix start then they add a bunch of other stuff to make it better. Krusteaz is often used.

I tried following these steps but I think something went wrong along the way because the final results were so: too thin, too blonde (looked more like crepes), and tasted too eggy (almost like a quiche). The box I used had the ingredients called for in this video but the prep required milk instead of water and eggs. Following along with the video, I replaced some of the milk with buttermilk and added an extra egg. Any tips as to what might’ve gone wrong?

Man, watching Herrine in the kitchen makes clear she likely spent her life as a prima donna. She is an absolute fish out of water at a stove. Like she's cooking for the absolute first time at 25 years old!! . And these Clinton St Bakery pancakes....so unhealthy. It's like these folks haven't seen the research on the effects of putting garbage into your body. Lets put loads of butter, sour cream and buttermilk into the pancake, cook it in loads of butter, then top it with mega butter syrup. Oh yeh, lets also add 100 grams of sugar into each serving.....This is GARBAGE for your body. It aint tough to make something taste luxurious adding so much fat and sugar. What makes someone talented is making something taste great while easing back on all the saturated fat and simple sugars.
