How to Best Recruit in Clash of Clans. Judo Sloth Gaming explains all of the Tips for Recruiting and Building a Successful Clan. The Recruitment Tool is one aspect but you need to have all of the grounding set for your clan prior to recruitment and this video breaks everything down into 5 Steps. Something I always tell myself is that you should make players WANT to stay not FORCED. It's also important to remember that losing one member when you've got over 30 won't kill your clan. It'll give you a bad reputation as a leader if you keep nagging then to stay.

I want to give a tip for clan recruitment Tip:Allow only those players who has the same or higher TH level that majority of your clan members have.

That really depends on the goal of the clan. If you're looking to recruit newer players or lower level accounts and bring them to a higher TH level, you might not care much about TH level but their willingness to improve. If you're looking to fix any and all rushed bases, you may not care as well. If you're looking to go harder into clan wars on the other hand, you may really care because it affects matchmaking. That isn't to say that the tip is bad. It's just highly situational and requires the clan's goal to be to recruit in such a way. I'm thinking the tip just needs rewording. A new clan founder's best bet may to be to keep TH level in mind when figuring out clan goals. If it affects a lot, they need to make it clear they are looking for a very specific TH range.

Reading alot of comments giving their own advice on running a clan, figured id give my own. Being a co leader of a lv 23 clan for a few years, the most valuable advice i can give for coc & leadership in general. Dont overwhelm people below you with unnecessary micro managing, rules are an objective. Not a standard. It's not the end of the world when rules arent being followed to a T, its a game at the end of the day. Regarding recruitment, id say the clan invite tool is ideal for most players, spam invite & you'll be fine.

I have an advice if these somehow didn't help. Start by recruiting bronze lueague players & beginners. Once the clan hits like 20ish members, start a clan war. After that, kick out whoever hasn't participated, and start recruiting silver/gold league players (Decent, th 7 or 8). Do the same things you did again, and start looking for more advanced players. You will soon have a decent clan after all :) Also big fan Judo! Love the videos.

I am one of those types that develops a tight bond with people and things. I get attached to things. The first challenge would be to leave my current clan. I have been through thick and thin with that group and have been a CO for years. We get the transient player that hops in an is gone in two hours, but most of us have been there our whole Clash lives. We just got to level 19. My point is that if you're in a good clan, just be happy for your good fortune. Not everyone is a leader. Being a good follower is just as important.

Great content! Should earn a “code JUDO” on its own. Do you have tips for rehabbing a clan? I inherited a clan and it’s gone in the right direction. But it hasn’t been without stress. Taking over leadership when former leaders and longer tenured members continue to be in the clan is challenging. Thanks!
