"Rectal rehydration" in "Soldier of Orange" (1977)

9 жыл бұрынScene from the Dutch film "Soldier of Orange" (1977) in which the Gestapo applies - in CIA parlance - "rectal rehydration" during an "enhanced interrogation" in the Nazi-occupied Netherlands. I was deeply shocked seeing this scene many years ago. It demonstrated the utter depravity of the regime.

Rijk de Gooyer (Gestapo man Breitner) was so good at playing a Nazi because he tracked down and fought Nazis between 1944 and 1947. Rijk was in the RAF's field security unit with the rank of Sergeant.

in the next scene the man was decapitated by the guillotine. 😮

No.. different. The one executed by guillotine later in the film is the poor Guus, whose cover is betrayed by Robby (the morse code guy). But this scene here is in the early film.. his name is Jan. He is executed by gunfire, after the scene where Erik (the blond guy) is imprisoned.
