Recurve BowFishing 2019. Follow Shane and Ryan as they bring out their traditional gear and bow fish the Mahoning Creek for suckers. The guys get plenty of shooting in with their Bob Lee Recurve Bows and make some incredible shots! The main target species is sucker. Redhorse, White and Quillback suckers. The guys are using Gold Tip arrows with heavy field points.

You like you all had a lot of fun. On a serious side though, Some of those shots seemed to be in the direction of your partner, Arrows can change direction by glancing off things.Just be safe out there people!

I love Gold Tip Arrows, it's all I shoot out of my longbow, recurve, compound, and crossbow. The really Are the Toughest Arrows on the Planet. Great shooting skills.

Tyler Parker not legal in every state, here in NH you have to have a line tied to your bow and arrow somehow, reel etc

I'd say anything over 25 lb would work, I've never done bow fishing myself, but have been slinging arrows for almost 20 years.

@@ezes856 They have lots of tiny bones so if you fry them you have to deal with them. When they are canned, the little bones dissolve and you can eat them no problem. I've only done it a few times but they taste fine.
