This mission makes more sense when you know the president is (very likely) a Japanese robot, as he is in the Imperial campaign. And, as if to confirm this, destroying his chopper in this mission causes it to explode with green flames, which is exactly how Imperial mechanical units explode...

I kind of had a hunch that he'd side with the empire because of his rabit anti-communism but him being a robot? I did NOT see that coming, red alert is absolutely batshit.

@@sneedfeedandseed2410 Curiously, the first Red Alert had very little crazy in it. Its tone was pretty serious most of the times... though the acting was still campy pretty often.

@@AlexeiVoronin it had little crazy but it steel had some of that command and conquer weirdness. like in the allied campaign ending Stalin dies by having a big rock careflly placed on his face and you get to meet Kane in the soviet ending.

I don't think this is true for the Soviet campaign though as he is one of the last to fall.

@@whothehelcares162 Yeah, it's left ambiguous. So he was either human... or still a robot, but left without direct control, and so he kept following his default programming. We'll never know for sure.

The cutscene where Eva tells you to stop the president seems unnecessary. It's already been made clear to us that our objective is to stop the president.

If your trying to do it ASAP... make 16-20 century bombers and just target the Rushmore base... also build some spectrum towers to defend yourself... if you can try to make 1 Apollo.. EDIT.. he did the same thing but maybe I should watch the full vid first lol

I play yesterday this mission on hard to and my strategy is to freeze the limo near the two ore supplies and use fighter jet javelins and turret

i tried doing that and enemy planes kept crashing into the frozen limo and killing it lol

@@taiho5233 just don't get close to the clip you can see the clip without bridge on the other side the limo starts from just make sure get close to the 2nd ore supplies if you want to get close just use the shrink a bean and freeze the limo and don't get close to the limo and since the mcv arrive you can have a boot camp capture by your co-allied and din train 15 to 20 javelin soldiers and set up a bunch of turret like 10 to 15 turrets in every side of the your base and din build 7 to 12 fighter jets in front your base just be careful to not let one fighter get close to the limo or you will start the mission again
