I'm pretty sure that the Rocket Angels were already included in the original game. Steel Ronin, Archer Maiden and the Giga-Fortress were the new additions to the Empire of the Rising Sun.

nah bro they wasn't included in the original RA3 as I played it alot and still am in 2012 :D Im waiting on RA4 to come out in 2015

you forgot about "rocket angels" they're new and many more to follow ;) but probably there is too many that you didn't want to add "all" LOL, although can't wait for Red Alert 4

giga fortress is crappy waste of time.....1 of the cheapest units in the game can stop it dead in its tracks the hydrafoil.
