Had a lot of fun learning to use this on void hunter. Was baited into using mechaneer’s tricksleeves first, then switched to gemini jester which feels a lot better and improved my chances a lot. I‘d be very happy to see some more content on this gun!

Strand Titan is definitely the #2 Pick for Final Warning, as you have the melee for air dodging, grapple to get airborne, and lion Rampant. You also get tangles from fully charged kills for free thread of ascent and getting your melee back from into the fray.

love seeing final warning, one of my favorite guns to mess with in pvp. i run grapple spam strand hunter and blink voidlock both for the movement. these were already my go-tos, and final warning fit into them very well. fun stuff :D

I was trying this build out a few weeks ago wa sniper and heat rises, it’s one of the hardest learning curves I’ve ever tried. Absolutely recommend learning to use it in mayhem rather than any other mode

I just recently started using this gun in PvE. I have fallen in love with its versatility, so I decided to try my comp placement games with it, even still rocking the PvE build because lazy. My first game I was putting those red diamonds up and peaking back behind the corner while tap firing, and ended with a 4.0 KAD. I hope that wasn't a fluke, I love this gun.

I’ve 1v3’d with this in Cauldron Trials this week and it does quite good - it can definitely pull you ahead in a few situations, sometimes there’s a delay on kill that leads to a trade but I believe that’s just bungie net code or people playing with McWifi. It can get countered pretty easily by rushing shotties but ultimately it’s a primary that sneaks on people. Learning when to hip fire lock versus precision pop tap fire someone is the biggest hurdle in my opinion it depends on enemy movement as well as yours

Hey cammy! There’s a pretty fun “cheese” build out there with skyburners, you just hipfire and then throw a weighted knife 😂 this will ignite them and get you a free kill, the scorch will help reset your dodge to get your knife back

I love this sidearm in some pve activities. I've used it once in, I've tried it in trials when it was checkmate. It definitely has a skill ceiling! I'm still mastering this exotic. Right now I just got revision zero and I need to get the catalyst later on. I learned the mission solo, definitely longer then DMT or vox but it was enjoyable on normal!

Final warning is one of my favorite weapons/weapon types to use, along with bows because they both let you have such an airborne, fast playstyle. They also both force you to be aware of your movement when you fight people since you cant just beat them with raw ttk. Whenever I find im playing poorly by being too aggressive, I swap to this or a bow to force myself to pay more attention to my movement. I personally prefer snap skating on solar warlock for final warning.

Arcanesword & Lazure is why I started maining this on my warlock for the past 4 weeks, its alot of fun when it goes right. Definitely a struggle at times and alot of trading but those lock on kills is just too hilarious 😂

I suck with Final Warning but, it is still one of my most used PvP weapons(has my highest crucible count). Started using it after its nerf, it’s a real challenge to use and fun when you succeed.

The irony I feel for the timing of this vid. I recently pulled FW out to try again in pve and started having ideas for pvp. I'm a pleb but my heart lies in pvp. A build I'm trying to perfect is leaning into shadow shot (max int) with three dif exotics; mech tricks, Omni, and Rigs. Also as a blinky bunter the jump33s of meow make for some maneuverability. I feel a bounce grenade lanch is the best around corner comp but I'm still messing with that

Have been fooling around with this, after trying it in PvE after the longest time and loving it. It's so fun. I just think the hipfire Mode is probably gonna be a lot worse after the new crucible changes.

Looks like everyone’s starting to catch on to the secret meta. For titans use abeyant leap or lion rampants. I’m not kidding I’m almost 5k crucible defeats into this sidearm and it single handedly gave me my love for playing PvP back. Trust the process roll through the growing pains and it is the best weapon overall in the game.

it's the same charge time I believe (1000ms) but the guns are very different. final warning can partial charge + doesn't need the entire charge to lock on

Two reasons why I think it is safe 1 it's a sleeper pick 2 it has it's own unique archetype so it would avoid specific sidearm nerfs.

This is my second most used weapon in pvp I use it with lion ramparts and there is counter play and that is both range and using corners.

probably, but balance doesn't happen in a vacuum. less special ammo floating around means you're less likely to die challenging something like a fusion with it, and its most obvious competitor Devil's Ruin is also eating a direct nerf on top of the health changes. throw in ability nerfs and SMGs being a little weaker relative to guardian health (and having a much higher crit requirement + target lock nerfed on SMGs specifically) and it's coming out relatively unscathed all things considered.

Anyone who says this gun is garbage its because they dont know how to un aim and let the gun do the job. Most of yhe time youll be trading , and with the correct fragments ( in strand subclass) youll be spamming threadlings all over the place.

Destiny 2 is the only game where an autotracking pistol would requires more skill than snipers. no... I'm not throwing shade to other sniper players, I'm the sniper player and I suck with this sidearm lol.
