Inappropriate Reefer Thanks man! The tanks into around 1.5 month mark now. Once I get to around 2-3 I'll start running ICP tests and start introducing corals!

You make a really good point about getting a reliable doser - I’ve read about and seen a few tank crashes that happened because of doser malfunctions. 👍🏻👍🏻

Definitely! Also if anything. If it gets to expensive you're better off dosing with a $2 pipet. Atleast that way you know what's going in 😅

Hi, thank you for sharing your knowledge. Great video! I have just purchased redsea 250v3. Want to start with easy corals/fish and slowly progress as I learn. Would U still recommend the octo skimmer? Also would appreciate your thoughts with regards to lights and wavemakers. Thanks so much!

Two Gay Reefers ahh I'd like to note mine in Version 3.. I believe the layout on the previous version was different... you could definitely modify your current skimmer chamber and turn half of it into a refugium! Will require some planning though. The controlling factor will be the skimmer you choose
