omg it was SO DAUNTING having to do the same steps AGAIN but i am SOOOO happy I took time to do it. I'm so much happier with the final result. it was worth the extra effort!

The fact that you decided to make an entire new head, plus the attention to detail with making your fur suits accurate to their species is truly commendable. Holy heck Eneko, the dedication to just remake the whole head is super impressive :00 the second one made leaps in improvement and it's really cool how you were able to identify any parts you wanted to be better then made them to be amazing

THANK YOUUUUUU yea i had written down a list of things i wanted to fix from the first head and worked really hard to try and improve all of them! it was so daunting to just completely redo but SO worth it.... i'm so much happier with this one. and proud to put it on my website :D

I'm so so happy you appreciate what I'm doing!! It's so fun to share my journeys with yall! I also learn a ton by watching timelapses so I would love to be helpful to yall too :3 currently the old head is in a bag in my closet.... not really sure what I'll do with it. it's someone's character so I don't want to just donate it or sell it as is... I may rip the fur off of it and maybe sell the base itself...

Question about the ear stitching: you glued on the earminky first, did you used the piece you gained from your tape pattern? Because it seems a bit larger here. Did you leave a hole in the head fur so you could pull the ear through? Im making a similar animal (gorilla) with the same ears, and im scared about the ears and how to do it properly (1st suit). When you glued on the headfur, you didnt glue the edges around the ear so you can attach the earfur properly to the headfur? Thanks 😊

1. I actually didnt use the tape pattern piece, I just glued a scrap of minky that was larger than the ear TO the ear, then trimmed away whatever I didn't need. no need to perfectly cut out that ear minky since I was going to ladder stitch the edges together tightly by eye. 2. I did leave a hole in the head fur, exactly how big the base of the ear was! it fit perfectly since I marked the space around the ear in the tape pattern. 3. when i glued the head fur on, I made sure NOT to glue ALL the way to the 'ear hole', you want to leave the edges of the fur around the ear glue-free so that you can stick your needle thru it fine while hand sewing!!

I absolutely adore your work!!!! You are truly underrated… but I have a question. 👀 how do you keep the ends together with hot glue when making the tube shape for a bucket head base? I’m currently making a head and I’m just stuck on that. Sobbing

I honestly just hold it together with my hands as it cools!! maybe a minute will do. then it's cool.

theyre called sewing clips! theyre SO USEFUL! you can find em basically anywhere.

Pretty much any hot glue, be careful, it is very hot though

I have a couple cheaper ones without shoulders, and one "Ed Head" from monster makers thats more expensive and has shoulders! your choice! cheaper: www.amazon.com/Tall-Adult-Plastic-Mannequin-Display/dp/B075RG6CSC sturdier: www.amazon.com/Monster-Makers-Armature-Making-Busts/dp/B00DLQDUIE/ref=pd_lpo_1?pd_rd_i=B00DLQDUIE&psc=1 I do also have two tutorials on how to add shoulders to the plastic one OR editing those $5 styrofoam wig heads into a useable mannequin! check out my videos
