Okay, in today's video I will show you how to bake A Red Velvet Cake (a trending recipe actually) That I searched for all over KZfaq and finally Got the best and most perfect recipe for you guys!😊
I did not use my oven in baking the cake, since I have a huge oven (industrial Oven) not practical for one cake only. So instead I used a Dry steam/Dry heat Method using a Casserole with a cover and a small bowl inside were the pan can sit.
please do watch until the end of the video, I did some recipe review here and will tell you how it tastes and etc. 😊
and for the frosting I will show you how I flavored my Whippit frosting recipe with cream cheese.💕

Red Velvet Recipe:
Ingredients:
DRY:
All purpose flour - 2 1/2 cup (310g)
Cocoa powder - 2 Tbsp (16g)
Baking Soda - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
White sugar - 1 1/2 cups (300g)
Buttermilk - 1 cup (240ml)
📍note: If not available in your location substitute it with 1 tbsp venigar + 1 cup evap. milk (mix and let stand 5-10 mins)
Vegetable Oil - 1 cup - 1 Tbsp (200g)
white venigar - 1 tsp
Eggs - 2 room temp
Butter - 1/2 cup (115g), room temperature
Red Color - 11/2 Tbsp
vanilla - 2 tsp
whippit Frosting:
300 grams Whippit Frosting
100 grams of Cream Cheese frosting
McCormick lemon 🍋
OR
1 cup (227g) whippit paste
1/4 to 1/2 cup cream cheese @room temperature
10-12 Tbsp Cold water
