As you can see from the trailer it is modern day....also based on a best selling book by the same name....fans of the book (out since 2019) have been eagerly awaiting this trailer since word of the movie being made....👍🏼

I am writing this after having seen the full movie (and then read the book). There are mixed reactions to whether the book or movie was better. Personally, I found the movie stunned me in a way no other story has ever come close to. I have watched it and rewatched it again and again and again, along with all the clips, the bloopers, the reaction videos. From what others have told me, I'm far from alone. Really looking forward to seeing your reaction to the full movie. If you are like me, who tears up at all the tender moments, have lots of tissues on hand.
