Thank you. Online manual falls a little short sometimes. If given the opportunity you might include how to recenter the bearing plate, as it seems to walk out of center over time and ever so insidiously create a bind, along with how to reset the channel plate it rests in so it too doesn't add or create any bind. Accidentally dropped one of these months ago, knocking those two items out of whack. Several repair attempts, a lot of head banging and several weeks passed before it was back in service.

I'm curious about why your acti-feed is set at 30 pts? I see this number at 22:02 of the video.

The top number (30) just reports what the machine was doing when it finished up the last design, puff hats in this case. The number below it (min) is what you set for the lower limit of Acti-Feed.

Not on the Melco channel. We only do videos of the current models. We stopped producing the red in 2005.
