Red yeast wine chicken mee sua is actually a foochew dish. You can either use red yeast wine to cook it, or some will use yellow wine mixed with red yeast to cook it. Either way will taste good, at least to me lah. Some even cook it using western red wine.

Ingredients:
3 “KS” chicken wings
3 mee sua
3 hard boiled eggs
1 bowl of red yeast wine
1 bowl of homemade chicken stock
Your own preference amount of julienne gingers
Enough amount of sesame oil
A little bit of cooking oil
Seasoning:
Pinch of salt
Garnishing:

This soup dish is actually for women just gives birth to new born baby. The purpose of the wine and ginger are for providing heat to the uterus and blood flow, also as a tonic for the mother. But everyone can enjoy the dish, especially in winter when its freezing cold.

Cooking ah Pa, I didn't add chicken stock and the soup is so flavourful & nice! 👍🏻🙏🤗🇸🇬 I can cook for my daughter in law in future... Hahaha... Thanks for the recipe, 1 question though, a few of my chicken is not tender enough in my opinion, does it mean I didn't cook it enough? 🤔
