Vitaliy Nalivkin is an executive committee chairman of Ussuriysk, a regional centre of Primorsky Krai. He is a fictional character who mocks government officials. His videos are viewed by millions of people because they are a reflection of the Russian reality.
He has been recently detained by the police because the latter found his videos too offensive. People came out to protests in order to support Nalivkin.
Although, initially Nalivkin was designed to be a fictional character, he has now become real. Our team heads to Ussuriysk to find out more details.
