You have to remember, the judges are OG’s they appreciate the originality Hong10 and F.E bring to the table. A lot of the moves you see the vets perform are original moves they invented. Originality and execution wins major competition.

FE might be a bit less "freestyling" but he makes everything so clean, he's complete, great execution and both are in their 30's.. Amir and Allef are really good, flava, originalty, dynamics for Amir but overall the Koreans controlled this battle, bigger aura

Easily. Amir & Allef had great contrast. Amir with dynamics/originality/musicality & Allef with Style/originality/musicality. FE+Hong10 had some great counter rounds but none that out-shined Allef+Amir’s rounds. They also slacked a bit in the musicality aspect. Amir+Allef also had some great storytelling through their rounds which only Hong10 was able to do as well just not as cohesive as Amir+Allef, along with the fact the Hong10 did a lot of similar movements/transitions where Amir+Allef’s rounds were unique each time.

Então se, pra você, foi 3 x 2 pro Allef e Amir e pra os outros quatro jurados também, então no final vai ser 5 x 0 pro Amir e Allef, porque são cinco jurados.

R1 - Hong10. Amir had a pretty short round. Hong10 came with more and being on the music R2 - Allef. Sharp and dares to dance. I respect the push for more dancers. FE bit off beat with toprocks, only executing moves. R3 - Hong10 with simply the better round again. Throwing hard moves while still keeping it clean and speed. R4 - Allef. Again outdanced FE but just by bit. R5 - debatable. Definitely not 5-0 though

What I usually think when I see results like this is that the environment is the King; it dictates the rules. The Outbreak is a championship with Cypher's vibe, where the audience is closer, and the judges end up giving more value to bboys who explore musicality and improvisation. There is a factor that no 4k camera will be able to capture, which is the energy of the battle.

I think people are being a bit too hard on the judges here. Just because it says 5-0 doesn’t mean it wasn’t close or they were bias. They all could’ve thought Amir and Allef won, but by a hair. What solves this issue (although introduces another issue) is the scoring that shows the round by round votes. Either way, if you listen to the interviews about this event, this was all about the good vibes and hanging out with old friends. No one seemed to be upset about the outcome of their battles or the judging
