Cloud is a better dancer but Lilou is the better bboy here and I get why Lilou took this as much as I wish Cloud won this. If Cloud won, the breaking scene today would have been so much different. Props to Cloud, the only one to ever interpret music this way, extremely high level of musicality and originality, and crazy stage presence. One of the few bboys that could perform at such high level.

Estamos em 2023, e é bom relembrar essa final, lilou é indescritível, venceu com méritos assim como a final de 2005, que talvez seja uma das maiores, se não a maior apresentação de um bboy em uma final, mas essa 1ª entrada do Cloud e a sintonia com a música beiram a perfeição não é msm?

Damn clouds style is complete art, if he would’ve kept breaking he would have brought so much to the table. In my opinion he is one of the only boys that was able to incorporate different styles of dance into breaking and make it look good, bboy wing is right up there too.

U dont understand why? Lilou screamed "brakdance" and everybody should know what he wanted to tell him. Cloud may be amazing, original moves, oryginal style, dance to the music - yeah, he is got it but rememebr that Red Byll BC One are the battles between two bboys who dance breakdance god damm it! Not some poses, positions, gests. It is all about footwork, toprock, power moves, freezes and so on. Lilou did it a lot, but Cloud sometimes danced a different dances. Remember what kind of dance You are dancing! Lilou should won 5-0 in my opinion.

kajak szatana I don't know a lot about breakdance, but what you say is the reason I love Cloud. He's like Michael Jackson meets breakdance. I don't even know if breakdance can be called a dance... most of the time, it's acrobatics with music in the background... and the music is disconnected of the moves. It gets very technical pretty fast, and it's boring to the majority of people. Just like hip hop gets boring if you don't throw some catchy music sample Dr Dre style in it, breakdance gets boring without a few "classic" dance moves. Cloud is probably very good at popping/locking because he moves like a feline, with grace. Basically, what Im trying to say is, it's nice if you can spin on your head, but if you can execute the most basic dance step and making it look surnatural, that's the real magic.

Cloud is something different, he has is own style and he's really good at it. Yet he's still humble as hell, and makes art of his movements. It's not about the difficult moves in my opinion, but more in the way HOW they feel the music and feel their own style.

Although Cloud spends a lot of time on his feet doing top rock and his own make shift top rock which adds to his flavor and originality, he spends TOO much time doing that and not enough time actually breaking which ultimately let to his demise in this battle. That’s why the camera showed the clip of Lilou yelling “breakdance!”

Watching this 6 years later and still one of the best battles. Gotta respect Clouds original dance moves, he really does have an awesome style. And Lilou not to say, he's a wild breakdancer with balls and great skill, yeah he can seem a little cocky or whatever but the dude can really pull off some incredible powermoves that are to respect, and either way it's all part of the game. Who gets mad is the real loser tbh.

Cloud não perdeu por dançar mal, aliás ele dançou muito bem e dança até hoje bem Porém a batalha é de freestyle tem que ser um bboy puro e lilou é o maior que já vi, ele é uma lenda sou fã demais, já perdi as contas de quantas vezes já assistir essa batalha, pra mim ambos foram vencedores, mas lilou ganhou por mostrar ser um bboy puríssimo

já assisti esse vídeo pela primeira vez faz um bom tempo, mas só agora vou comentar, tudo prq percebi algo só agora, talvez prq amadureci mais ou ganhei mais conhecimento, Cloud teve um aproveitamento muito bom com a música, parecia que eles estavam vinculados ou algo assim, os passos e dança dele foi totalmente com a música, deu até pr perceber isso ainda mais no final com a chegada do beat diferente 4:37 , parecia q até os gestos dele e até a voz do apresentador eu acho, combinou com a cena.

fun fact- they've both danced for madonna. lilou actually bags him out for being a backup dancer in this battle u see him mining a singer and pointing behind him. later he would along with his fellow pokemon dancer- become a madonna backup dancer.

Mo Kazi haha- well spotted!! i didnt know wtf he was doing- but a friend of mine who was there said lilou was railing on cloud for not being a bboy all night and for being a dancer- and for not bboying- but dancing. loudly too- everyone in the crowd could hear it. he also said that when he won it- all the other bboys weren't so happy about it- they sort of came up and were whispering shit about him behind his back -that he slipped and crashed alot- and won it cos he won the crowd. i think among the bboy community he's well respected but not well liked- i think he s made a lot of enemies by the beating a lot of guys i guess but for making it personal, sometimes his bboying manner can be a bit mean. oh well- i like em both- both are my favourite dancers

+DoloDuppy Light easy guys, geez i get an alert every 5 minutes about a comment i wrote months ago. they're both good dancers. in case you're wondering, cloud was a highly respected bbboy in the orlando area , from 2000 to 2005, then left to become a backup dancer, disappeared when bboying took off, red bull and all that, and then came back here. but all these bboys, ronnie etc, all know and respect him. differ and wing, two of the very best korean bboys today , count him as an inspiration. but most of all- i don't understand why fans of dancers would argue with each other, when these guys are all friends, all respect one another and their skills. seriously guys, get over it, get out there, dance, write, rap, whatever- but sitting here dissing each other is a waste of time.

I'm Cloud's big fan and I've watched this video for a hundred times and I think Lilou deserve to win Cloud is a better DANCER However, BC ONE is a Breakdance Competition and in the final game, Lilou did it better Yeah Cloud did a lot of toprock,.. but his powermoves if you've seen, it was so great. But final , I think Lilou deserve to win, but Cloud 17/20 vote from the Judges. I think he've won a lot of fan's hearts:)

Cloud is super nice wit it. But he spent far too much time on his feet and not on the floor. It's a bboy battle. Kind of surprised any of the judges gave it to him.

Lilou é demais, mas nesse dia foi derrotado! Cloud é simplesmente brilhante! Seus movimentos são extremamente originais, nunca vi nada igual, acompanha o ritmo da musica de forma incrível, muito bom. Merecia ganhar o BC one 2009!

O problema é que lilou dança BREAK melhor, o cloud tem algo que voce nunca viu porque boa parte não é caracteristica do break, essa final é como dizem, cloud o melhor dançarino, lilou o melhor b-boy

Atualmente, o melhor é Pac Pac. Sei q mtos discordam, nem sei onde começou o ódio contra o cara, pq sempre o desmerecem, mas ele é diferenciado demais tbm! Pra mim..é o melhor atualmente, e vai longe!
