I am muddled.... I believe you only articulated 4 pieces of advice? I can be accused of taking notes..... yes. Please help a newbie out? Thanks.... ;-)

1. Don't listen to my words. 2. Listen to truth and search for a beautiful feeling. 3. Look in a direction and do nothing (Look within, look to towards the mind) 4. Let this be an exploration instead of research. 5. What we look for is a silent mind not a specific thought.
