I agree that this pad definitely offers some pretty cool specs including the efficient Helio G99 with the huge 8000mAh battery and the smooth display with the 6GB RAM.

To answer your second question, it's android. Third party is almost always allowed... Though miui doesn't like third parties (like in the case of launchers/gestures), it shouldn't stop you from using a stylus with Miro That would just be absurd 🫠

A am disappointed from realme i bought realme pad long time ago and the ui is bit laggy and they promised to give Android 12 update but sometimes later they said sorry its not possible i was eagerly waiting for it and alot of realme pad users too and bam all hopes shattered in one tweet if i had choice to select tablet between this one and Redmi's miui for pad packs alot of features i am thinking of selling my pad soon to get this one or i i get bigger budget ill buy Xiaomi pad 5

To be sure,the 3GB variant does not support multitasking features such as split screen and floating windows,so it is always a good choice to avoid it altogether.

@@faizanshaikh9178 According to Xiaomi website,4GB is enough for multitasking and using those new features. Although,I agree that in the long term 4GB RAM will not be enough,and the 6GB variant of Redmi Pad(any other tablet for that matter going forward) will become necessary.

@@mihirshetye4624 I'd only buy this if it has pc mode as Xiaomi pad 5 cause I'll be using Excel and word on it. If we normally download Microsoft office then quite possibly I might not be able to use everything on it but as shown in Xiaomi pad 5, on pc mode you can use everything on it without the need to access anything.

@@maruthimacha1847 The minimum version just supports 3GB is inadequate nowadays for Android,so gk with atleast 4GB RAM be for tablets or smartphones or preferably just go for the 6GB RAM if you can.

it doesn't support a smart pencil. don't buy it for drawing is what I would say. try getting mi pad 5

@@jakeperalta8421 what pencil are you referring to? There's multiple styluses on Amazon or wherever else that work on literally every touchscreen out there. My sister uses one that works even on my dad's touchscreen hp laptop. So obviously it works on all phones in the house. AMOLED and LCD This pad should be no exception

I say if this is what your budget can cover, get it. There's styluses that will work no problem. Also the mi pad 5 is like ₹5k more expensive

I think you should have specified about the performance with the multitasking experience considering that you are using 6gb ram varient, redmi is branding 11,700 for the 3gb varient and the xiomi skin takes more than half of it, so it's not gonna be great on that one.

Hi man 🖐️ I have question. Is there palm rejection for drawing? You see I'm an artist and im making living by making anime characters/design/manga drawings by freelance. I also don't uses stylus I uses point and thumb finger together for drawing. What I have in mind is split screen, like listening to KZfaq while drawing with finger. I wonder if it's a comfortable to dot that in redmi pad? Thanks for answering!

@@sanskriti3009 I bought the 4+128 version and it's working very well so far no issues till now. Well it depends on usage as well, I use it mainly for multimedia streaming. I don't play games on it... I recently saw the 6gb version just for 12000 on Flipkart, it's a steal at that price
