I love that despite reebok sending over a pair, you still give the viewers a true and honest review of the product and what's inside/outside of the shoe. Not just pretending there's nothing that could be better I love the aesthetic of the shoe but it being a trainer, I don't think I'd pick it up.

I definitely was amongst the kids who couldn’t afford these back in the day, there’s some consolation being an adult and amongst them is the ability to acquire the things you couldn’t buy back then. I love them. I'm a little biased though because I'm a Cowboys fan and of course love Emmitt. I had the originals and I still have the 2012 retro ones. They are one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I get why some people might not like the look because of the width but, like I said before, they are extremely comfortable. I'm a little disappointed that they aren't going to have true hexalite so, maybe these aren't going to be as comfortable but, I'm buying them anyway.

Dope video, I remember having these and the Instapump Paydirt. They were great shoes back in the day. I remember when they got retroed, they also released a pair in a red colorway. Nice to see Reebok continue to go into the closet and pull out stuff from the past, just wish that these came with the clear soles that the originals had. Glad they brought these back. In my mind it's the breakout turf shoe that really helped solidify that as a category.

*These retroed in 2013 & these are built like a TANK!! Used to wear these when I went walking all of the time. Shoes just felt apart last year :( I know for sure the price will drop tremendously. Will cop them then for sure! Great video*

I'm glad Reebok brought these back. Retailing at $180 is just too high for these kicks even for it being the signature shoe of a HOFer. $130 would be more justifiable and I do wish they would bring back the ones with the clear bottom. Now if they created a DMX 10 version and include Pump tech I would definitely pay $180-$200! 😎

I'll be keeping an eye out for these when they inevitably hit the discounts. Is there a reason that Reebok don't produce the real Hexalite anymore? Licensing or something? Having worn proper Hexalite back in the 90's, I want that feeling back.

I was in seventh grade when these came out. One of my classmates had a pair of the black/white ones and I was so jealous. I had to admire pairs from afar back then because my family didn't have money for me to get cool kicks. I always remembered this pair. Even if I wouldn't wear them now, I hope to see them out in the wild.

As a Giants fan, it was hard for me to buy the signature shoe of the star running back of our most hated NFC rival. But, I bought a few of Emmitt Smith’s signature shoes back in the day. I loved the Reebok Pump Paydirt so I bought the original ES-22s and they were great. They were comfortable and super durable. The shoe held up with regular use until 2012, when they became my shoes for doing yard work. I bought the first retro back in 2015 to replace my originals. They look great but are not remotely similar in comfort as the originals.

Its funny how you said the Yeezy Basketball reminds you of the Reebok ES22 Because the triangular silhouette of the Yeezy Basketball always reminded me of the Reebok Kamikaze 2 And the Kamikaze 2 is obviously a re-interpretation of the triangular Jordan 7 silhouette, but with crazier patterns

These are tanks. Have multiple pairs from the last release. Weird fact: on the Coolish Gray cway, it has the clear sole part. Don't know why🤷🏿‍♂️ These should get the Question treatment. Quality materials, like full leather would be great for these.

They’re absolutely beautiful. They’re not hideous at all. I’m surprised there is no hexalite in them and yet they’re legally sold?!! Such false advertising must be banned. I don’t get why Reebok wouldn’t put real hexalite in them anyways. That’s why they suck compared to Nike. I abandoned Reebok after they got bought by Addidas as I hate Addidas too.
