References in Type O Negative songs (from obvious to not so)

Some of these may seem weird to you, but I'm certain about all of them. The munsters theme and Dear Prudence inspiration was confirmed by Kenny himself, which I belive is a trustful source. As for Ticket to ride, I'm looking at the drumbeat: both are pretty unusal, both last the same time, both end the same way, and approximately keep a common tempo. For the church organ, if you listen closely, you'll be able to hear that two pieces are played at the same time (the left hand isn't just playing the same thing but an octave lower). If you listen to the quieter part, you can hear that the same 4 first notes are played almost at the same time, plus it makes sense right? Also I know it's not a chant but... huh...
I forgot about it, but I think the intro to Black No.1 was inspired by the intro to Black Sabbath.

Type o negative is the only band whos covers are better than the original. They made other people's music better and at the same time they were completely original nothing compares to type o they was by far the best band to ever exist

@@fiuttelloA lot of tone deaf people making the same comment. If you can't differentiate basic tones you won't be able to compare similar sounding songs. Most of these are very obvious if you are familiar with the bands/songs that are referenced

So we just gonna leave out their most obvious reference. Their reference to Comfortably Numb in Love You To Death? Type O: "Her hips move, and I can feel what they're saying." Pink Floyd: "Your lips move, but I can't hear what you're saying."

There's a lot of really smart people who A: can't tell a b flat from an f, and B: think you're accusing TON of plagiarism when they were clearly paying respects to the bands they loved. The internet has exposed how many people don't understand music.

Pyretta Blaze’s main riff is also similar to “Into the Void” ’s intro riff, which was Peter’s favourite Black Sabbath riff.

Santana Medley was like Oye Como Va. The "we ain't going home" parts An Ode To Locksmiths sounds a lot like Love Me Two Times by The Doors. The intro to All Hail And Farewell sounds like it could have been by Status Quo or The Who. There are more similarities, but that's it for now.

I don't agree with all the comparisons / choices, but next I won't mute the video. Hope this helps others. I guess every video should have a introduction section where we are being instructed how to watch the video (with sound?; eyes opened?, awake?, alive?, intoxicated?). But I did like your video anyways.

90% of this video is a biiiig stretch, my man. Just because they liked Sabbath and The Beatles doesn't mean everything is a reference to them. Also the Fairies Wear Boots one is actually Killing Yourself To Live if anything.
