I've done hardwood refinishing for 25 yrs I will tell ya this. These guys do it the correct way taping up the doors plastic over cabinets another thing you must do during sanding is turn off your furnace you wanna keep air from circulating during sanding only. You must have a little air moving during the staining an coating to help with drying. Great job guys! I like using a Hummel but I've used the American or Clark they all work rather well. God bless yall!!

@jasongonzales7475 Hummel does not use drum paper. It uses belts. I've used the old Clark drum sanders they work great if you know what you're doing when putting the paper on. They tend to chatter if the paper is too loose or too tight its gotta be perfect.

I used this video as a general guide for 500sq ft of 60 year old white oak, and they turned out nearly perfect, I love the Bona finish. I found a 3x21 hand belt sander followed by a 5" random orbital to be easier for the edges than the big edge sander. Fill in cracked wood and nail holes with filler but leave the gaps between boards as they are so your floors can shift with temp and humidity. Use Diablo sandpaper if you can find it, we only used 2-4 of each grit.

Very good instructional video. The only thing you forgot to mention (which is quite important to newbies of Bona Traffic HD) is once you add the catalyst to Traffic HD you must use all of if within 4 hours. Because you never mention you're using a 2nd gallon container the next day the possibility of thinking the remainder of the 1st was still good the next day is quite high.
