🌜 The night before creating this meditation, I didn´t sleep at all. Well, maybe an hour, but nothing more. My mind was locked in on what life turned out to be like. And, it does not reflect what I imagined when I was a child or teenager. After a while I shifted my mindset, to all the good things that have happened. And suddenly I realized - I need to make this the next meditation theme.
So... here is "Reflect and Appreciate: A Mindful Journey" meditation. Inspired by a sleepless night of contemplation, leading to a powerful realization about the importance of appreciating what we have.
