Join me for a reformer pilates style workout using the resistance band. This 30 minute full body workout will give you the feel and challenge of a reformer workout whilst working at home on your mat. All you need is a resistance band. I've created this workout for those that like a challenge and are interested to see how pilates reformer work differs from pilates matwork, you'll also see how it is the same too. If you know the matwork well, you'll really benefit from having that experience when you do this workout but don't worry, I am here to guide you all the way.

Awesome 29 days of fitness! Great playlist, I feel terrific, only missed one day, because a walk in the heat🥵 wiped me out! Thanks so much for this wonderful list, I can feel the difference. Great way to get used to the band-I’m travelling a lot right now so can’t carry/use light weights and not always in a place with yoga mats too. Resistance band is a godsend…as are you Rachel!

This is a really great workout. For me, the bands help me to perform to my maximum exertion. I'm sweating as I finish this (and I don't sweat much usually.) I would love more of these! 💠

Thank you Rachel, I missed the live class, but just did it, some interesting moves. It was quite a challenge for me, ( I’m 68 ) I didn’t manage the tummy work, but did an easy modified version 😂 Your book has arrived 🎉, I look forward to reading it! X

Hi Rachel- it's Carla LaBombard from Long Island, NY... I loved your class today , tried to get on the live chat but it said you have to subscribe for more than 5 mins. I have subscribed to your channel in the past. I have been following you for months now. Do you have to subscribe to the LIVE classes each time( or is there a separate subscription) ? Does that work differently than any other time? I am so happy to be back doing PIlates - You have inspired me to do your classes at least 5 days a wk. Great class, thanks Rachael. That last exercise was really challenging. What is the optimal amount of time needed for Pilates in terms of fitness?

You're welcome. Yes, that last onme is a good challenge indeed. I'm glad you enjoyed the workout. Optimal amount needed for Pilates in terms of fitness is 3 to 4 times a week and up to a maximum of an hour each time. I would also say do this for 12 weeks and you would really see and feel a difference in yourt fitness level. I hope that helps. 😊

Hello Lynn, so glad you enjoyed this refromer style workout today. To get the CLOSED CAPTIONING you have to select it at your end, it doesn't get activated by me I'm afraid. On your phone, you tap the screen , look for CC in the top right corner and that will switch it on. And on your laptop device it will be bottom right of your screen, look for the CC button and select. Hope that helps, Have a lovely day, Rachel 🤗
