I have seen a few times where there was a internal leak where the back was cut open and a new coldplate was installed with pipes and refoamed, but then it usually is a expensive refrigerator

If I can’t find a leak with nitrogen and soapy bubbles I stop hahahaha condemned

Some manufacturers won’t take that. They require isolating. It sucks

I watched through the entire part 1 and part 2 of this very helpful video, resisiting the urge to go right to the end to learn the culprit, only to find you left us on a cliffhanger! So, was it the yoder tube??? 🤔

Why don’t manufacturers make valves on the components by default. Like couplers or something

Whoa, labors gonna kill this repair. Nobody's gonna pay a thousand bucks labor, plus parts,freon etc to fix a fridge.
@armandrossouwАй бұрын
That is the same thing I thought, except maybe if it is a very expensive, vintage or built in refrigerator, but in most cases back when I used to fix refrigerators, the customers just opted to take the gamble and just recharge the system and hope it dont leak out to fast, or just scrapped it
