The plaintiff says the defendant’s daughter was driving erratically on the highway and sideswiped her. Then, the defendant’s daughter sped off. She’s suing for the remaining cost of car repairs. The defendant argues his car was never involved and the plaintiff is mistaken

Viv doesn't have a license most likely. And can't get a car or insurance in her own name. The idiot defendant got the car for Viv and has the insurance and car in his name. If he doesn't put an end to this Viv Is holding something over his head or she's his girlfriend on the downlow. Or at least pretends to be his girlfriend for the benefit. This case is so obvious. Usually the judge will press harder in a case like this. Don't know why she went so easy on this defendant
