They somewhat hint that Henry was in a realm where time moved differently, so more time passed for him than it did for the others. But also Hook/Regina/Emma would've all been in their thirties when he was a teenager and are now in their fourties when he's in his early twenties, so I doubt they'd really age that much.

Storybrooke is moving at a different time then other realms due to the curse that created it. When Emma came to storybrooke time moved forward but magic still slowed it down. Age wise: Regina met snow when she was 18 and married her father, snow was 28 when she had Emma so Regina was 36, Regina was 64 by the time the curse was broken, and by the time Henry is 25 she’s 70. I honestly feel as though the point is time is relative and not important when you live in storybrooke, happily ever after just means time (doctor who reference), no one questions it because it’s not important, at this point what is aging when you can cast a spell to bring back your youth?
