I have the same sulky and have used it for about 4 years. Works great and built very well. Only complaint is it is heavy when you take it on and off. Should serve you well.

Thanks bro. Glad to hear they hold up.

I have this attachment on the swzt 48. Backing up is easy. Just have to be careful turning in tight places bc it makes the footprint of the machine wider when turning. When I change blades I put the wheels in the "up" position and the added weight on the rear makes it super easy to pick up the front to place a jack stand

Just started using that scag at work, it's very back heavy and wheelies are easy haha, where did you get the stand plate and wheels mate? I'll be considering one of those for sure

I had a 36” exmark walk behind and it had tons of power for its size. So I just put a mulching kit on it and it performed very well in grass but when leaf season came I was having to double cut everything with it to get all the leaves. It was only used for small yards and back gates. Anyway you might want to give a mulch kit a shot.
@SouthernStyleLawnCare4 жыл бұрын
Yeah been thinking about it. Only issue is sometimes these biweekly can get thick and would like to chute it out the side.

@@SouthernStyleLawnCare Shoot it out! Whoop whoop, 36 standers on hills suck no doubt. Just can't get away from my old my sit down mowers :) Enjoy, I did kzfaq.info/get/bejne/bLB5isx12p6nqac.html

I have a 36" exmark turf tracer with a mulching kit and single wheel velke. I have been considering going to 2 wheel sulky for better weight distribution on moist yards to hopefully track less. This is a game changer, thanks for the video.

Thanks for taking the time to put the video together, man. Setup looks awesome. I’ve been considering upgrading to a stander for awhile, but I knew I was going to miss the versatility of a walk behind. After seeing how well this silky works, I’m thinking some upgrades on the walk behind might still be the way to go 👍🏼 do the castor wheels mess up your striping at all, or is it basically no different than a regular sulky?

Dude you read my mind. Im considering this exact set up. And it looks great. Only one question how is it up and walking behind it or do you need to take it off. I'm buying for hills as well.

It sits perfect for walking. Front end is light but no different than my other sulky. This one beats it so far. I have to get used to it ha.

I'm running flat free tires with my swivel wheel sulky and I'm wondering if the Air filled tire would give a softer smoother ride. Any thoughts?

Raise the deck a little, when you turn, say to the right, full squeeze on right grip, but also a little squeeze on left to slow the rotation. That way it won't take your arms off

I know this is from 2020 but I'm in the market to replace the Havener fixed two wheel sulky that came with the 52 inch Snapper Pro SW35 I just bought. The one that I've used on my friends exact same mower is a Landshark swivel wheel sulky. It is very nice and does exactly what I need it to. It's only drawback is it's 480.00 at SLEEquipment. The Havener model that you showcased is listed at the same place for 299.00 + 85.00 shipping. I'd like to know if you've experienced any failure of the cotter pin that holds the whole rig together in the year that you've had it? Several users have had the pin failure that I talked about. The reason I'm leaning towards the Havener is because the mounting bracket is the exact same as the one that's already on my mower. I won't have to drill anymore holes. Please give us an update on any pros and cons.
