Another cracking vid. If you do go ahead and make a full series on pain, I can guarantee you at least one viewer 😆 Why is it that damage to the epineurium leads to a worse outcome than the other types of peripheral nerve damage? Is the epineurium carrying that vascular supply that you mentioned earlier?

That’s a good question and I don’t have the exact answer, but I do think that it probably is related to the fact that much of the vascular supply is carried in the epineurium, so it is harder to regenerate that portion.
