Reinier De Ridder already defeated 3 division champions in the same promotion. And looking for heavyweight Belt next, damn sure he will get it. Also has a huge accomplishments within less time period, gonna create the history in mma for the first time, he will for sure.

@@Dragondude30 He is probably not big enough for UFC LHW either. Those monsters are 220 up to 240 on fight night. I'm certain he would be a serious fighter at middleweight though.

@@aestrobloome They actually weigh around 205 in the ring. ONE championship made it so that everyone is fully healthy and hydrated when they enter the ring. In the UFC fighters cut weight and then hydrate to a heavier weight after weigh-ins.

This is one of the most one-sided beat downs I’ve ever seen. Clearly WAY undersized. He should not have been fighting a middleweight - at all. Never mind arguably one of the best in the world right now.

Fighting is . . . depends on what and how you choose. If I am just to win only, I would choose the way Reinder plays but if I am to make fun of fan, I would choose a nother way. Just grapping is the easiest way to make opponent tired very soon.
