20:42 I couldn't agree more, you're absolutely right. You just made me realize something really big which I could never think of. Although I'm just 20 and no one at home not even me could think that I'd be very responsible and caring towards my parents or siblings but since I'm the only one at home with my parents now , I spend most of the time doing stuff for them genuinely. Every time my brother comes home he is like she is a blessing to us, she just cares a lot for us. It really makes me happy and I could never understand that what was the feeling about until you talked about it. I know its a little awkward but I could totally relate to it so I thought maybe i should share. Also love your podcasts, keep making more solo ones with different topics relating to people of my age too. Loads of love to Rafael

I just recently became a mom and I can not agree more. I feel like I have changed and I feel different about relationships now than how I felt before I became a mother or even when I was pregnant for that matter. I couldn't really pin point why that was but this episode solved my mystery! I have been trying to fit into the 'mould' of expectations others have from me and do not do anything for myself. I am so glad I started watching your podcasts. They make me feel like sane and that I am not alone!

I am expected by people to do something that I may not do all at once alone and that too , with a good energy , even if you somehow manage to do your best unwantedly , you feel exhausted but When I started or tried doing less it brought its own consequences or sort of a comparison with someone who did it better , I really felt it when you said start saying NO , But , I must add , you should be ready for the consequences because if the person saying NO is a sensitive or an empath , he may feel depressed

Woah! I wanted to hear these things for years and finally someone said it. People think it’s their responsibility to do certain things so they do it even though they don’t want to do it but as you mentioned just for the sake of tick mark. I am a student of Law and there is a subject of Law called JURISPRUDENCE under which we have to study the purpose of Law and for which we have to study the nature, behavior and functioning of the things concerned.
