I was having shoulder issues earlier this year. Dr wanted me to go see orthopedic doctor to get steroid shot. Just for kicks I called my chiropractor to see if he might be able to help. He sure did, whatever adjustment he did worked wonders and I haven’t had problems since. Within a few days of seeing him no pain at all. Might be worth giving it a shot. N

Hope your shoulder feels better. I have avoided shoulder surgery for years, with occasional steroid injection, physical therapy, and tylonel on bad days. I cannot take muscle relaxers due to groggy side effects. Love your videos. Did notice when Lonny was taking pills. Did not say anything, but since you brought it up... Have a great rest of the week to you both.

Lonnie, have you tried regular massages on your shoulders? Massages have helped my shoulder and neck pain immensely! Feel better. 🤕🤒

Just keep in mind that for standard envelope that it can't be more than 1/4" thick. You can get a lot more cards in that space than patches.

The Butterfly Effect of reselling! I was picking up some junk f4om an online auction. Luckily it took a while and we found a 19th century military rifle I bought with cash. Paid for my whole day plus a nice profit just from that rifle!

I bought a little over 250 air force patches from an auction for $32. I put them all on eBay for $10 + $2 shipping. They have been selling like crazy. The best part is that you can list them so fast. I make a draft with the computer and then used the ebay app to take a picture with my phone.

My primary job is caregiving and I messed up my right shoulder (torn rotator cuff) while picking up an old lady with dementia off the floor who had fallen. PT and cortisone shots have been life savers for me.

Black Sharpie, on Dark Blue Tape is hard for me to see as well. Instead, I generally use the light green tape or a standard yellow sticky, taped on with clear tape so I can see what I have written from a few feet away.

A really big hint on BSA Patches ... ROUND patches (in general) are called "rounders" in slang, because they are made for essentially every event and given away to everyone that attended the event (sometimes in multiples). The "valuable" patches are Council Strips (they almost look like a rectangle, but the top is arched) and OA (Order of the Arrow) Pocket Flaps that are almost triangular and fit on the top of the front left pocket. Philmont is always a solid patch to have, but they are fairly common, and the design and size of the patch has been consistent for DECADES. The "best" BSA patches are for merit badges that no longer exist and they are around the size of a quarter, and the best way I would say to find them is to look for sashes. All of that said ... this is if you are marketing to Boy Scouts ... if you market them to "general public" or "alternative culture" people, instead of highlighting the actual patch theme (jamboree, pow-wow, day camp, recruiting award, etc.) I would say to highlight what the picture on the patch is (rattlesnake, tipi, arrowhead, canoe, etc.) and then you can ask whatever you choose, because there is less of a frame of reference (they are just buying a 'pretty' patch).

I know it takes a lotta work but You guys go together and work like Peanut Butter and Jelly! Remember once you get your muscle relaxers and the pain dumbs down and you get a bit of your range of motion back make sure you rehab that sucker! Shoulder exercises 2 times a week!

Catholic Missal includes the weekly (monthly) instructions for celebration of Mass in the Roman Catholic Church, including prayers, and responses/chants (usually the Psalms) during mass. A Protestant would normally have a bulletin for the process/instructions of their services along with responses, etc.. in comparison.

Hey y’all! I’m in Baton Rouge this week. What are the best thrift stores, in your opinion, around that area? Y’all scored with those patches! So many bulk listings and they take up so little space. some of them may take the right buyer coming along and may be a slower sale but worse which I paid. I fractured my left shoulder in two places. Healed up quite well and had no issues. My right shoulder started acting up and had an x-ray taken, and they found a bone hook that tore part of the rotator cuff. Now, after weeks of physical therapy, the shoulder feels great. Take care of that shoulder, Lonnie. If you let it linger, it can get worse. I just don't want you to get any pain. Candice is the best.
