Hello Julie, thank you so much for all your beautiful content. This one really resonated, as I wear a mouth guard at night due to cracked teeth from grinding. I learnt tapping a few years ago and then let it go. After seeing Nick Ortner pop up on my Insta feed one day, I’ve rekindled my love for it and found you through a search for other practitioners. Thanks, Julie! Another spot-on tapping session. I started sighing and exhaling a lot as I moved through the round. Hopefully, my jaw clenching will lesson as I do this each night, before bed.

Wonderful. I wear a night guard. I realized recently when I try and relax my eyes I move my jaw. It was an ahha eating crunchy food pretzels and chips to release tension in my jaw

Good question! Just keep coming back to yourself and the more you tap, the less reactions you will have. We can’t control others but we do have control over our thoughts, actions, feelings, breath etc. it’s not easy, for sure, but tapping can help 😊
