Hi friends! It's a relaxing day around the house so I thought I'd take you along as I whip up some easy meals for the day and do a little decorating in the kitchen, I'll show you some of my recent finds from Hobby Lobby and give you a little casual tour of my entryway that I recently redecorated!
RECIPES -
ORANGE CREAMSICLE SMOOTHIE
1 frozen sliced banana ( or 1 banana then just add a little ice)
1 seedless orange, peeled
5.3 oz container of vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A few drops of stevia, optional (link for stevia - rstyle.me/+16d... )
Add ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Pour into serving class and enjoy!
Serves 1
TOMATO AND AVOCADO CAPRESE SALAD
1 avocado, peeled, cored and chopped
Cherry tomatoes, halved
Fresh basil, chopped
Mozzarella pearls
Extra virgin olive oil

Salt and pepper
Toss avocado, tomatoes, mozzarella and chopped basil together with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
EASY SLOW COOKER CHICKEN FAJITAS
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 packet fajita seasoning
1 can Rotel (or similar)
salt and pepper to taste
1 frozen bag of fajita blend veggies or pepper and onion blend
For serving
flour tortillas
guacamole
cheese
sour cream
chopped cilantro
To make the fajitas - Add the chicken to slow cooker along with fajita seasoning and can of Rotel. Season with salt and pepper and mix. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
Once done, remove chicken from slow cooker and chop or shred chicken. Add to serving bowl and drizzle with some of the juices in the slow cooker if desired.
Cook frozen bag of fajita veggies per package directions OR add the frozen veggies in the slow cook and until heated through.
Serve with your favorite toppings!
