I have the same grinder. How fine do you grind your beans?

Every coffee is uniq so I grind differently with each coffee. I also use en espresso recipe for each coffee and I grind accordingly to the recipe. If you follow the recipe from my video you should get a very good coffee. The recipe is in the end of the video. Bare in mind that I am using an 18 gram basket. If you have a different size basket then change the recipe that fits your basket but still go for brew ratio 1:2 30 sec. If the coffee gets to bitter grind courser and to reduce the flowtime. If it is to acidic grind finer to prolong the flowtime.
