Watching relaxing nature videos is a great way to unwind after a stressful day. Many people find that they are able to calm their minds by watching scenes like this which helps them focus without letting their cares and worries overwhelm them. Ocean wave scenes are especially popular and many find that they even help them overcome insomnia. Try watching an ocean wave scene like this one before bed time and you will see how the endless mesmerizing rows of curling and crashing waves, rumbling ocean sounds, and washing movements on the beach lull you to sleep. This technique has helped many people go to sleep fast and I continue to receive feedback to that effect on many of my wave videos.

Very nice! I have POTS, and my BP was 147/ 80 with my pulse at 98 so I watched this laying down, in 15 minutes got BP down to 109/68 pulse 78 ! That is what a natural beach scene will do!

Thanks Nicole. Really glad you like it. I'll see about making a 3 hr looped version of this if enough people request it. Just testing the waters to see what length people respond to and prefer. KZfaq algorithm is also something I'm testing this against but will certainly make a longer version if enough interest is shown in one. For now it could be an option to feature the video (or any others you like to watch on repeat) more than once in a personal playlist that you create. Best if you have a KZfaq Premium subscription so there are no ads in-between if planning to fall asleep with it on. Best regards, and thanks as usual for the feedback. :) Jon

Beautiful view all to yourself. :) For most soothing effect if you plan to watch this before sleeping or to fall asleep with it playing, turn the volume as low as you need to so that its very subtle. You will find that your ears become more sensitive to sound when you are lying still and the room is quiet. (I would advise this for most ambiance videos or soundtracks). The bass is very low frequency so you wouldn't pick it up with most cellphones and speaker s that don't have good low frequency response. The surrounding cliffs also caused quite a bit of reverberation and so the breakers produce a rather indistinct rumble. Still nice with earphones on but cellphone speakers or for that matter most speakers that don't incorporate a decent sub woofer won't benefit much from it. I've tested the video as I do with all my videos for sleep inducing effect and the soft whispery sounds when the volume is turned down quite a bit are perfect. Enjoy!

Thanks, beautiful lovely an ocean view. Sounds of nature, listening to the ocean waves sounds are calming and smooth. Looking at the lovely waters washing up are gentle and peace. Perfect for relaxation, sleep well, meditation n soul peace! Infinite love!😘🤔

Thanks Ingrid! I'm really glad you like it. I will consider making a 3 hour looped version of it at a later stage... just testing the 30 min time against KZfaqs algorithm to see how it fares compared to 3 hr format. KZfaq usually promotes videos with high viewer retention levels and the longer you make your videos the lower your average retention rate will be. Just testing this out, but will most likely make a playlist with longer versions for those who prefer it. I will let you know if I implement this, promise. Best regards, Jon
