Not sure how my daughter just found this, but she pulled it up and I looked back in her bed and she was out. Only 8 minutes in, and not sure how long before I checked that she fell asleep! Wow. Thanks so much for that! Lol

First time listener and I love this. I deal with nasty bouts of insomnia which causes anxiety about even thinking of sleep. This actually helped me relax quite a bit and knocked my anxiety down a notch. More please!❤
