Felt utterly gutted when this sleepcast suddenly was locked the other day - with not even a single free sleepcast or wind down available anymore. Rainday antiques single handedly made me fall asleep within minutes for years when nothing else would help. After a pang of panic that my one and only sleeping aid had disappeared I was so glad to find it here. Thank you!

This place is like a home to me now, I just picture it all in detail every time and just me popping in ever night in the night, warm glow of the shop all warm and cosy the shop keeper is like a family member now, I have such severe anxiety I need to calm my brain before I sleep

I struggled for two years of sleeping when I came upon this, I was fourteen and this was the only thing that helped me slept. I then moved on to sad audio, to music to minecraft music to sound baths. I've returned my way back to this three years later as nothing else will send me to sleep. Thank you so much, I cant use anything but this. It's my refuge-- my safe Haven.

I cried today, had painful headache and panic attack. And could not sleep, even when feel restless. Exhausted. But the voice story teller helped me, calm me down, as the voice of my grandad “ It’s okey, I am here”. I have depression, the daily tasks seemly overwhelmed with me. Thank you so much for not monetising the video, like other people said lots have ads halfway through which wake you up. Please please please could you release the whole of cat marina on here? I used to use that aaall the time when I had the app and, no offence to rainy day antiques, but personally it worked better for me, as I’m sure others.

I am currently sick with a fever and couldn’t fall asleep last night because of racing thoughts. I had a lot of schoolwork to do today and I just kept thinking “there’s no way I’m going to get any sleep tonight and I’m not going to get anything done tomorrow.”. But I remembered seeing headspace ads in the past and when I looked it up this was the first thing that popped up. It is always a lovely experience, & we meet the most delightful & interesting self selecting group of people each time!
