What’s Yoga? Why is it so important in Life? Are you unknowingly practicing yoga everyday?
On our third and last day in Pokhara, we decided to do an early morning Yoga session and understood a much deeper meaning of Yoga! There are many yoga retreats in Pokhara, some of which are free and some quite expensive but we found the best one on the first floor of Juicery Cafe. It's an one hour session that starts at 8.30 am.
We also visited two of the best lakeside cafes in Pokhara, before taking a flight back to Kathmandu.
