Fantastic work! Definately not something everyone can achieve but I hope this inspires more bird keepers to increase their own husbandry! Birds seem to have even fallen behind reptiles for sub par husbandry in most homes. One of my biggest reasons for wanting a larger home is to give my conures a walk in aviary that will have room for live plants and a water feature to mimic a more natural habitat. Keep up the great work!

Blake I love how you do your research and know your animals! And you repurpose whatever you can into something that will work for your animals and not be wasteful. Your aviary is great! Live cams to watch hatchlings, births and feedings and everything else interesting would be a great addition in the future.

Love your set up and attitude towards the critters. I once lived where the woods started only about 10 feet from my back patio and there was a bunch of huge old growth trees on that wooded hillside from the days of the original prairie lands. Lots of animals and a lot of various species of birds since it was on a major migratory route along the Mighty Miss river. I found a website that had lots of bird calls you could play. I'd open the windows, turn that up and see what landed on my windowsill to check it out. The American Goldfinches were always curious about it. They all seemed to know when I played the species not known to live in the area, or even country.

I love animals and what you are doing to create awareness and a better place for them. Happy to come and work for you in the ranch. :)

OMG those are the most beautiful birds the black one's ground birds boy they are loven those mealworms lol I love the sound they were making when they were eating lol kinda sounds like bubbles under the water it's so cool.
