FYI: this works, But make sure you delete that user code 1234 because my brother tried that 1234 and the code we made. Both worked. So on the back of that instruction paper there should be an instruction of deleting an existing user code! Thanks for the video

This is a helpful video and the lock seems to be well made. Just keep in mind the deadbolt will have to be able to freely travel into the latch with no resistance. In my case we had a door that had to be pulled firmly against the weather stripping and this lock will not work in that situation.

During the rh or lh learning, deadbolt never comes out. Any ideas?

Help! When I hit the lock button the deadbolt locks then it retracts about a half inch. I notice yours did not do that. How do I fix that?

The only problem I see with this type of lock is that it uses battery power to move the deadlock. There is another kind which simply frees the lock so the user can undo the deadlock by twisting the handle/grip him/herself. Makes a huge saving on batteries and last for ages as opposed to this type which does everything and runs out of batteries real fast Thanks for the video

My lock was unlocking fine, but I could not figure out how to get it to lock from the outside. Nowhere in the instructions did it say how to operate the thing, only how to install, program, and troubleshoot. Apparently to lock it from the outside you just push the lock/unlock button only. Don't enter the code first or it will just blink red three times.

Any reason why you would not be acle to use your existing deadbolt so that you could still have only one key matching your other manual locks? The existing one looks identical in size

How can you set multiple codes?

Where did you see the directions from the code. In my instructions it didn't say anything at all. I want to be able to change the programming code so someone can't just overwrite my code to enter

Ok we got it all set up we try the pc code put it in then we get three beeps with red lights please help cant get to the point to the 1234 code bc pc code isn’t working for us

The default code is still in effect idk how to erase it from memory I lost my I instructions…… basically had two codes the default and the new one

Mine only works with the key in the deadbolt. If I lock the door and remove the key it malfunctions. Lock is a joke!
